We offer both festival-stocked merchandise and print-on-demand merchandise produced through Printify.

Orders may arrive in multiple shipments if combining Printify and in-house products.

Print-on-demand items typically require 2–7 business days for production before shipping.

Delivery times are estimates; delays by carriers or third-party fulfillment are beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for accurate shipping addresses.

Print-on-Demand (Printify) Products: Non-returnable unless damaged, defective, or misprinted. Size exchanges and buyer’s remorse are not eligible.

Festival-Stocked Products: May be returned within 30 days if unused, in original condition. Customer pays return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method; shipping fees are non-refundable.

All designs, logos, and branding are the property of the Catalina Film Festival. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

Catalina Film Festival is not responsible for delays, printing errors, or product quality issues caused by third-party fulfillment providers.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the merchandise.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

Any disputes will be resolved in courts located in Los Angeles County, CA.
