When you arrive on Catalina Island, your first stop should be Catalina Film Festival Check-In & Registration, located at:
El Encanto, 163 Crescent Avenue, Avalon, CA 90704.
Our team will be there to welcome you, provide your festival materials, and help you get started with your festival experience. Please follow the posted signage upon arrival to find the appropriate check-in line.

Attending
To begin your festival experience, head to our Check-In & Registration area at El Encanto Catalina, located at 163 Crescent Avenue, Avalon, CA 90704. Once you arrive, you’ll be able to pick up your badge, passes, and any tickets.

TO HELP GUIDE YOU
El Encanto is located along Avalon’s waterfront at 163 Crescent Avenue. Look for its distinctive Spanish-style arched entrance facing Crescent Avenue (see images above). Enter through the main arch and follow Catalina Film Festival signage to the Check-In & Registration area. Festival staff and volunteers will be available to help guide you.
CHECK-IN & REGISTRATION
Our Check-In Team will be there to welcome you. Please follow the posted signage to find the correct line. If you have pre-registered, your badge packet will be prepared and ready for you upon arrival. Simply bring a valid photo ID to pick up your badge, festival passes, and any purchased tickets.
If you have not pre-registered, you will need to complete registration on-site. Our team will assist you through the process, which typically takes 5-10 minutes, depending on the number of guests arriving at the same time.

CIRCUIT-COAST
For ferry dock pick-up or drop-off, look for the designated CIRCUIT-COAST (City of Avalon Seaside Transit) areas. Fares are $2.00 per ride, plus $2.00 for each additional passenger, capped at $6.00 per group.

Each request has a passenger limit of 5 and may include pooled rides. As a result, you may share the vehicle with other riders outside your party.
