
Attending – First Stop
When you’re ready to begin your festival experience, please visit our Check-In & Registration Office, located in the Hotel Metropole Conference Room at 205 Crescent Ave, Avalon, CA 90704.
To help guide you:
Upon entering the Metropole Marketplace & Hotel (see photo above), walk past the Three Palms Arcade on your right. Continue straight—you’ll pass Catalina Coffee & Cookie Co. (see photo above-right), also on your right. Just after the coffee shop, turn right and walk toward Hotel Metropole. The M Restaurant will be on your right, with its entrance clearly visible, and just to the right of them is the entrance to our Festival space.
Our Check-In Team will be there to greet you. Please follow posted signage to find the appropriate check-in line. If you pre-registered for your badge, your packet will be ready upon arrival. Just bring a valid photo ID to pick up your badge, passes, and any tickets.
If you did not pre-register, you’ll need to register on-site. This process typically takes 5–10 minutes depending on group size.

Getting Around
To enhance your experience on the island, CFF volunteers will be operating golf carts to transport guests between official festival venues. Please note that these carts are designated for venue-to-venue transport only and will not provide pick-up or drop-off service at the ferry dock or hotels.
